Yes there are many institutes in India that offer Bachelor and Masters course. Some of the best ones are:
1. Bachelor of Arts, Symbiosis School of Photography, Pune
2. BFA & MFA, College of Art, Delhi
3. B.Sc & I am.Sc in Photography, Indian Institute of Digital Art and Animation, Kolkata
4. BFA & MFA- Jawaharlal Nehru Architechture & Fine Arts University, Hyderabad

With every passing year, the IIT JEE exam is becoming more and more unpredictable.
It's a truth that we cannot predict the exact difficulty level of the JEE Mains examination.
The cut-off marks will increase or decrease as per the difficulty level of the examination.
But if you are well prepared for the exam, you need not worry about that question.
So, stop thinking about the difficulty level of the examination besides start thinking about your preparation level.
