Well education in Germany is government funded so you may have to give a very minimal fee ranging between 140- 500 euros.
To get details regarding scholarship, I would request you to get in touch with DAAD. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India.

For admissions, you might have to give entrance exam as per the university requirement.

Hi,
American universities do not award or recognize the MBBS.In the US medical studies are only done at the graduate level. Undergraduate students complete BS degrees in chemistry, biochemsitry, biology or other science related fields, then take a difficult examination, the MCAT, and apply for admission to Medical schools.
To pursue medical fellowship in USA, you need to have:
16 years of undergraduate schooling (eight years grade school, four years high school, four years college);Medical school.
Internship (also known as post-graduate year 1 or PGY-1)
After internship, you can obtain a license to practice; and Specialty training (residency) for three to four years.
You will also need to be certified by the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG).
In order to secure ECFMG certification, international medical graduates need to meet several requirements, which include passing a medical science examination, (USNMELE)
You need to pass:
Step 1, Step 2 Clinical Knowledge and Step 2 Clinical Skills of the United States Medical Licensing Examination are the exams used to meet this requirement. You must pass both steps within seven years in order to be ECFMG certified.
Apart for all the above mentioned requirements, all the international medical graduate need to prove their English language proficiency by taking TOEFL test.

Hi Swapna,
For your preparation, I would suggest you to go through the newspapers everyday and make a note of all the good articles or important news that you come across. You have to mug up the punch lines of various good and famous brands and also their Brand ambassadors, mug up the punch lines of various good news channels because they might ask it. Also, if possible try and read few books on GK and Current affairs, if you want you can refer to Manorama year Book which is a nice book for GK and Current affairs. Apart from all these you also have to practice a lot on writing articles because they might give you any topic to write or a picture that you need to describe so you need to write it in a creative manner and for that you need to think out of the box. Other than these you may also prepare on reading comprehension, grammar, etc.
At the end I would say that the entrance is not that difficult and you can clear it easily and the interview depends on your caliber.
