The chances are quite moderate. You can apply for universities in Australia, New Zealand or UK for better chances of admissions. 6.5 IELTS is alright. I would suggest you to check the university websites for the admission requirements as it differs.

I would suggest that don't go for IPE. It's not worth it. I would recommend that you choose NDIM or IBS on the basis where you would be more comfortable. Moreover only 3 campus of IBS are good (Hyderabad,Mumbai and Gurugram). The fee of IBS Hyderabad is much more than that of NDIM. Plus NDIM is situated in Delhi which is the center of anything the good companies.
I got calls from IBS and NDIM both but I chose NDIM as according to me it's better and it's facilities and infrastructure is way better .
