As for CPA eligibility, you need 120 credits to appear for the CPA exam and 150 credits for a CPA license. Skills required would be some grasp on Excel, and some CAD Software, you require good communication skills, they will test that from the entrance exam, and basic concepts from your engineering is important.
Learning BIM/MEP will be very useful but you need not fret if you don't have a certification on that yet. You have ample time to learn on the term here.
