Please don't go for both, because both are private and expensive too. Do the following things. In the month of May look for NITs notifications for DASA (Direct Admissions of Students Abroad). They charge around 6000 $ only. NITs are very prestigious one and run by direct central government. You don't need to apply for JEE Mains exam etc. Direct Admissions are done.

Basically, government colleges are not so updated. So, their placement (campusing) & class quality not so good as like private colleges because there are lots of Politics. But, in maximum private colleges there fee is quite high/expensive. But, now, you get all those benefits under Singhania University. 100% placement with the cheapest course fees. Unfortunately, the minimum eligibility for undergraduate course in this field is "10+2" with 50% marks and for post graduate courses graduation. In the prominent institutes, admission is strictly on merit-based through written test, situation test, group discussion and interview.

NATA cut-off to qualify for admission into a college under the NATA scheme of examinations was 131 marks in 2017, and 145 in the year 2016. Yes, there is a provision for students with disability, however to claim this provision, candidates are required to furnish a valid PwD certificate from a medical practitioner.

I don't get what you mean by reliable universities. Nevertheless to be accepted by Canadian universities you have to be academically strong, around 75% is required by majority of the top ranking ones. Good quality internship, projects, research work etc. will be considered. Your IELTS score is alright, so if you have a consistently good academic performance you will have a chance.
