D.El.Ed Is Diploma in elementary education of 2 years which we can pursue after 12th also. A course in the teaching discipline. B.Ed is training for upper primary and higher secondary level classes. D.El.Ed is an elegibility for elementary classes teacher I.e. For Ist to Vth however B.Ed is the eligibility for the teacher to teach in secondary classes.
B.Ed is not enough one need to pass TET ( Teachers Elegibility Test) conducted but state Government or CTET Central Teachers Elegibility Test) conducted by CBSE.

No, there is no need to pursue D. El. Ed. as you already have B.Ed degree. It's more profitable and more value than D. El. Ed. You can became teacher in any government / private school.

No, it is not possible to do B.Tech in Computer Science, if you had done Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. You can do mechanical engineering or any other related engineering course such as automobile engineering.

You can do your Masters in Law or go for more discipline oriented studies like Masters in Criminology, Criminal Justice, Cyber Law, international business, human resource, labour laws etc. You may think of MBA in Legal Studies but most MBA programs require work experience. Decide as per your interest.
