You can try in Australia among the three countries you mentioned. It is difficult to specify a number but in general Canadian universities don't accept more than 1-2 backlogs, low ranked ones may accept upto 5 and German universities don't even recognize backlogs literally seeing how competitive they are.

Currently, you are on the wrong path if you are willing to be astronaut and working in a IT company. The more sophisticated way is to continue your studies.
(1) Do your Master in Aerospace Engineering from Indian Institute of Space Science & Technology, Kerala.
(2) Hence after you MUST have to do Ph.D. in that particular subject from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. (*I hope you know why I am mentioning the name of specially these institution).
You know that Astronaut are not like regular employee for space organisation. They are specially build person hired (or trained) for a particular mission. So, don't think that

Duration is 1 or 2 years for MBA and it depends from country to country. In USA, it is usually of 2 years. But in other countries, it can be 15 to 24 months or so. In UK and Australia, you will find MBA programs of 1 year duration.
