Guide-Level 12

Hi Nitik,
If you've already done your graduation then you can directly do 3-year LLB course, but if you're a student of 12th standard, then you can take a 5-year BA LLB course. After graduation, you can research and decide which college you want to pursue law from and you can apply to those colleges.
For Eg: Symbiosis Law School offers 3 and 5-year LLB course based on a test and personal interview conducted by the university.

To run any professional course like PGDM/MBA, NAAC or NBA is not mandatory. Only AICTE/UGC accreditation is more than enough to run that course and FOSTIIMA is already an AICTE approved college. Details may be checked from their website https://www.fostiima.org/aicte-approval-2020.php or even from the AICTE website.

FOSTIIMA is AICTE accredited which is mandatory to run the PGDM programme. NAAC and NBA may add value to the college, but these are not at all mandatory to run this course. To check the status one may directly visit to AICTE website or can be referred at https://www.fostiima.org/aicte-approval-2020.php.
