Hi Sugumar,
If you are planning to write the Civil Services, in that case you should look forward to complete your schooling followed by your graduation and only after that you will be eligible to write Civil Services.
I would suggest you not to discontinue your education and instead study ahead and based on the eligibility you may then apply for the ICS exams.

Hi Prasad,
Although, you can do two degrees together through Distance mode but you need to keep all the pros and cons in mind like there can be a situation that your papers clash, when you apply for jobs the companies may or may not accept both the degrees, the Institute from where you plan to do both the degrees may or may not allow you to do both, so, before you step in for any such programme, clarify all the points with the University from where you plan to do these degrees, this will help you in taking a right decision. As far as my knowledge goes IGNOU does have such a facility so just check with them. Also check this link: http://

Hi Zishan,
The 'B' level course of DOEACC has been recognized by Ministry of Human Resource Development, as professionally equivalent to MCA Degree course. Hence, the eligibility to pursue the same is either to be A-Level holder or to be a PGD course from a recognized university. With a Bachelors, you are not eligible to pursue a B-Level.
