Greetings !
The course timings are 2 hrs daily classes for five-days-a-week. The duration/Fee depends upon the course content. On an avg the fee is approx 90k for a 14 months detailed course in Pre Production/Production/Post Production/Z Brush/Portfolio Development. For eg, we have a learn-and-earn program which aims at settling the Aspirant into a focused job between the course so that they can get placed & start earning in between the course.
Any Premiere Institute which will teach you rigging, character modeling, texturing, lighting and other topics in detail in a 3D course may charge around 55-65k with a minimum duration of 7-8 months, anything less than this duration will be a compromise on the course content and quality. Also you would definitely need to do Post-Production software like combustion/premiere/after effects/ Z Brush/ Avid Express/ FCP to become a great VFX or SFX artist.

While there are no separate degree or diploma courses for automobile design, this area is a part of design courses in the Industrial Design Centre (IDC), an offshoot of the Indian Institute of Technology
(IIT), Powai, and at the National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad.
At IDC, a 2-year Master of Design in product design is taught and one of the papers is automobile designing. Says Professor Kirti Trivedi, "In automobile designing, a student learns from drawing to actually making models professionally for which we have full-fledged studios. It is a creative aspect and because students have a technical background, they are free to design according to their ability. There are no set rules as such, it's either free flow or fixed requirements such as right-hand drive
, etc." If one wants to learn the mechanics of it, then there is a course at IIT that should do.
"In the third semester," continues Prof Trivedi, "every student takes up two projects for degree requirements. It is up to the students whether they wish to concentrate on product or automobile or both. Under guidance, they reach the model stage where they are further encouraged through design exhibitions held once a year."

Although, you can do two degrees together through Distance mode but you need to keep all the pros and cons in mind like there can be a situation that your papers clash, when you apply for jobs the companies may or may not accept both the degrees, the Institute from where you plan to do both the degrees may or may not allow you to do both, so, before you step in for any such programme, clarify all the points with the University from where you plan to do these degrees, this will help you in taking a right decision. Hi Gayathri,
In most of the good Engineering Institutes you have to appear for GATE Entrance Exam to get admission in M-Tech programme. Although there is no set eligibility aggregate marks which you need to have in graduation but most of the good Institutes would require you to have 60% and above in B. Tech. so you definitely have a fair chance provided you perform well on entrance.
