In memory-mapped systems, the I/O device is accessed like it is a part of the memory. Load and store commands are executed for reading from and writing to I/O devices, just like they are used for the memory (port-mapped has special commands for I/O). This means I/O devices use the same address bus as memory, meaning that CPU can refer to memory or the I/O device based on the value of the address. At first, tell me if what you want to do after M.Sc in Physics after your B.Tech. However, if you want to do M.Sc, you cannot go for M.Sc in physics but you have a professional degree. So, I want to give you a suggestion to try your best in your field if you are interested in engineering.
If you want to do M.Sc in Physics, you will have to give entrance examination conducted by many universities in Rajasthan. Rajasthan University conducts the entrance exam. So, you should try for qualifying this examination. But you are not eligible.
