Hey Anubhav,
You have a pretty decent score so as per the eligibility to apply for a PGDM or n MMS seat. I would advice that you give your MH-CET exam as well.
As per last years admission,For the records the following have been the admission cut offs:
For MMS seat through MH-CET : 93%tile
For PGDM seat through MH-CET : 82%tileATMA:90%tile
There is a fair chance of getting a seat in PGDM than MMS .
All the best :).

Hello Dhariya,
The choice of an MBA is certainly good & assuming that you have been working after your B.Tech. An MBA kind of higher education would give a sure shot boost to your resume. Further, as USA is being one of the best countries for MBA, requires GMAT, TOEFL & a good work experience. Since you have a second division in the B.Tech, it is highly recommended that you should be securing a high GMAT score. The US universities evaluate the holistic application thus your Letter of Reference & your essays are very critical contributors in making a successful application. Please feel free to ask any question if required.
Regards.

For GD, prepare on the recent news, or the recent controversies. PI will be more about judging your knowledge about your graduation and knowing your personality. Check out a bit of GK about your home town and the parliament as well like ministers etc.

Read extensively, stay updated with all the recent trends, cover basics of what you did on graduation, be calm and stay confident. You may not know everything, and the process is only to judge you and what you have done so far So, deliver well what you know.
