To apply for Stanford, you must have decent grades. You can take SAT and must have excellent extra-curricular. For Oxford, you must have good academic grades, but SAT is not required. You must take IELTS or TOEFL. Since, the application process is online you have to check their websites.

I think you should not worry much about placement if you're planning to pursue MBA degree from LMTSM as they have really good and reputed recruiters visiting the campus for placement. I personally know few of alumnus from LMTSM who are placed in top MNCs, private and public sector enterprises by LMTSM. So you can go ahead with LMTSM for MBA degree as the plethora of opportunities are waiting for you. By the way for your kind information 4th June is the last date to apply for the college, so make sure you apply before that if you're determined to take admission.

Yes, you can study in US after completing class 12th. To pursue Bachelor's degree in USA, you must clear SAT exams and must take TOEFL. To study in USA, you must have a strong profile with good academic performance and extra-curricular.
