Normally, student visa should not be affected but it will depend on the country where you want to go to.Countries like Austalia, UK, Canada, etc. requires candidates to undergo medical tests including HIV, in such a case, you may not be admissible or must show that the country health service will not be liable for any loss. Heath insurance requirements are to be met too. The best thing is to check with the embassies.

The cost of admission will depend on different factors like branch required, rank in VITEEE and category of admission.

If you want to study, you should not join Delhi University.

You can take admission in Category 4 or Category 5 during counseling after VITEEE.
