After 12th in Science with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, you may go for engineering courses such as civil, mechanical, electronics etc. (ONLY if you fulfill the eligibility criteria).

Apart from doing the degree level courses in science with the conventional combinations you can also choose degree courses in several emerging professional areas such as occupational therapy, computer, business administration.

You can also opt for courses outside the university stream such as hotel management, fashion technology, aircraft maintenance engineering, government accredited computer courses.
However, other than Science stream you may even explore the opportunities Commerce and Humanities offer.

Hi Nitika,
After B.A Economics, you can work in the public and the private sectors and can even attend UPSC, CDS exam and so on.
You can enter into different sectors such as banking and finance, teaching, retail, stock and share brokering, FMCG, PR etc according to the personal interest and attributes.
You can also take up teaching as a career. But for this it is advisable to finish Masters Course and clear NET exam in order to get into colleges, universities and professional institutions as lectures.
You can also opt for non-profit establishments such as NGOs and Economic consulting etc.
