Yes you can skip CPT, you can directly join CA-Intermediate course (previously called IPCC). The only criteria is that you should have secured an aggregate of 60% marks.

MCA course is 2 year full time and part time degree course given by all engineering colleges Fees of MCA Course is normally 60000/- to 1 lakh per Year.Still it could be vary from Private and Government Colleges.MCA Course Structure
• The Structure of MCA Course divided by 4 semesters.
• Each having 6 month duration for semester where you will go through the syllabus by class teaching, assignments writing.
• At the end of each semester you will have a exam to get qualified for next semester.
• There might be extension for students who not able to pass the semester in time.
