In order to pursue executive MBA program you need to have atleast 3 years of full time work experience after graduation, the duration of this program is 1 year.
MBA is a two year full time course, in order to pursue this course you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc.
As per your profile, pursuing regular MBA would be the best option for you, as it will further enhance your career prospects.
