The admission requirements for our Master's programmes are:
- Indian Bachelor's degree in the same or a similar major from a UGC accredited institution and a grade average of at least 60%,
- GMAT 680 or higher / GRE 160 or higher (GMAT or GRE depending on the programme),
- Proof of proficiency in English.

For admission in any of the Engineering colleges in Maharashtra state
The process of admission is conducted by Directorate of technical Education (DTE) maharashtra state. Once the MHCET results are out the process of centralise admission will start, known to be CAP (Centralise admission process).
* 80% seats will be filled by the CAP
* 20% will be done on institute / College level
Eligibility is as follows.
you have to appear for any one or both JEE or MHCET exam and should have non zero score.
For open category, person should also have 135 marks put together PCM total out of 300 Max marks (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) in 12th Exam.
for Caste category person the total of PCM should be 120 Marks.

As per your query, it seems that you have a 15 years of education, so as per your profile UK will be the best study destination for you, as in order to pursue masters degree from universities in US you need to have 16 years of education.
However, if you wish to pursue masters degree form universities in US only, in that case I would suggest you to complete your Msc from India and then apply for MS from universiites in US.
However, please remember every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
I would suggest you to:
1. Shortlist the universities where you wish to apply.
2. Once shortlisted you may then contact the admission department of these universities either through emial or phone, for exact information regarding application process and apply accordingly.

Dear Ashish
As you have appeared for CMAT , Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) has notified on their website (dte.org.in/mba)that they shall be conducting the GD/PI for all the students who have appeared for the CMAT thus facilitating the admission to the MMS/MBA/PGDM/PGDBM.The DTE has not declared the dates nor the schedule for GD/PI you may have to await for their notification.However, if you wish to seek admission to the PGDM you are hereby informed that the registration process for the same has been started at the institute and the cost will be Rs.1300/-The institute will conduct the GD/PI and admit students for PGDM.The course fees forthe PGDM course will be Rs.1,75,000/- per year.You may revert back.
