Hi Maiyuagar,
It would depend on the programme you are going for, like for example if you are going for MBA Then the basis to sit for MBA entrance is your graduation marks. I would like to add here that most of the Masters level programme would require Bachelors degree marksheet and not high school marksheet, however, it may require as a DOB proof, or just to check that you have completed your education.

The most important thing which you should keep in mind while choosing your Management specialization is your own interests and career aspirations. However, as you have an Engineering background you can always opt for specializations like Operations, Finance & IT.

To qualify for the MBA program at most universities in Canada, you have to take the GMAT and TOEFL. Apart from these requirements, you are required to have atleast 2 years work experience. If you do not have work experience, you are not eligible to pursue MBA in more than 99% universities in Canada.
