IGNOU and YCMOU degree is allowed for IAS exam because they are recognised universities in the country. It all depends upon you what subject is easy for you.

Hi Shraddha, the scope of the course is good but it may not be easily available in Germany. Other countries where the course is flourishing are UK, USA, Australia.
For a plain biotech Masters you can refer to : TU Braunschweig and University of Munster
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.
