Dear Siddharth,
You must start your studies from second year itself to give the CAT. You have to prepare throughly for this exam.
The CAT score required to take the admission into IIMs varies every year according to the CUT_OFF. The admission is done on the basis of CAT score + GD & PI.

Hi Rupesh, you will definitely get part time work if you look for one. Its not the part time work that is getting effected. The government has taken off the 2 years post study work visa. so students will have to come back to their home country after completing the course. Hi Rupesh, getting the best will depend on your profile. For now am just mentioning the names of few good B schools : Univ of Abertay Dundee, Univ of Essex, Univ of Kent, Univ of Reading, Birmingham City Univ
n the UK, UG programs are of 3 years in duration. Courses commence in September and one can not apply directly to the Universities(most of them). You need to apply through UCAS and the last date is 30 June. You have the provision of applying to 5 Universities and UCAS charges GBP 21 for it. If you want to get into a good banking firm, i would recommend either pursuing a Masters in Finance degree or MBA in finance. Both the degrees would fetch you a career in the banking domain for sure.
