Hi Sayantan, Calcutta univ is a good univ (if this is the one you are referring to). normally a 60% is expected for a student to apply. But the higher you score the better chances of admission you will have. Also, the requirements vary from course to course : so just to be on the safer side if you can manage an aggregate of 70% it will ease the admission for you.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex ), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS ( 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
