Hi,
Depending on the field of your work, the courses, training and certifications required may vary. It is important to keep yourself updated about the practices and procedures in public services, if you are aiming for top federal jobs. You can jump-start your career by undergoing some of the courses offered by private training institutes. These certification programs can be undertaken online a

I have done a detailed study on the technical writing institutes in Bangalore & I have visited most of them, there are few institutes which promises 100% placement like TWB but 80% of the students who undergoes training in these institutes are not given jobs by these institutes. By my experience, I suggest you should go with the quality of the trainer than the brand name of the institute. Look out for medium sized institutes like Black & White tech writing solutions- www.bwtechwriting.com , my colleague underwent training in this institute & has given an excellent feedback about the training, I am quite impressed.
