I suggest you work for another four years, and then look at doing the one year full time Executive MBA program. This program is essentially for working executives who have anywhere between five to eight years of work experience. This would however entail leaving your job. If you need to keep your job, you can go for an MBA through the distance mode from, Sikkim Manipal University, Symbiosis (Pune) or IGNOU

Depending upon the subjects that you have studied in 10+2, you can go for B.Tech, BBA, BCA, B.Sc Design, B.Sc Multimedia and Animation, etc. These days many of the universities are offering scholarships to meritorious students. In India, there are 4 such universities out of which Lovely Professional University is a university that is offering scholarship for almost every course starting from 70% onwards. Even the students who have got less then 70% can give a test and get financial aid from the universtiy.
