Please remember universities in US, UK and Canada have 2 admission in take in a year namely:
- Fall(September) intake.
- Spring(January) intake.
So, it would be always advisable to take IELTS test atlest 2-3 months in advance your application intake.
So, you may surely take IELTS in June.
However, please remember application deadlines in Canadian, UK and American universities for international students are set by the department delivering each program, and these deadlines may be as early as 12 months before the program begins.
So, in order to know the exact application deadline it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
In most of the universities the deadline for fall intake is July and for spring intake it is November.

You have not mentioned your academic details. However, I can say that there are several factors that need to be considered before choosing a particular stream after Class 12.
This is because the chosen stream would determine which path your career would take and the two main factors that should be taken into note while choosing a stream are:
Aptitude of the student
Personal Interests
Options for you-
Commerce- B.COM, B.B.A or B.B.M
Arts- B.A English Honors (or any other subject)
Science- B.C.A, B.SC, B.E/B.TECH
Besides, you may also consider-
1. Foreign language if aim for an interpreter’s job in the consulates and embassies. Some of the choices in this regard are French, Spanish, German, Russian, Japanese or Chinese.
2. Courses in hotel management, performing arts, travel and tourism and more.
You can analyze the various opportunities available and select the right path based on your personal criteria which should include:
*The interest and aptitude towards the subject
*Interest to get a job
*The future Demand for the particular program
