It is really tough to directly comment any institute best or not or answer which is the best institute in a city or country , especially for domains like animation and VFX or gaming where many institutes offer many types of courses for different duration for the almost all the same pipeline .

Also Same Brand has different centers and branches and fortunately/unfortunately all does not perform the same . Some centers are doing great

it's always preferable to go with MBA from a reputable bschool . this would give you better scope and career path in HR . There are some specialised course but not recognised much. So go for MBA OR PGDM from top bschool .and then choose HR as specialization.

Regular degree course s to an extent are more exhaustive than correspondence degree courses. in terms of the practicals paper under correspondence it becomes difficult to find proper centres where the student can learn about case history and psychological tests. hence regular is always better.

The college, Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, is good. It is one of the best private institutes out there. If you can score well enough for a government college, it's of course better. Placements are also good here, and it totally depends on your hard work in college. As far as student life goes, sec-62 has a better "student life" due to its connectivity to various places. Also there's Shipra Mall and what not. On the other hand sec-128 has lush green surroundings, and great view but lacks in connectivity.

It is entirely upto you or any individual. If you are prepared after 12th , have met the admission criteria, have the budget and determined you may go ahead after 12th. Engineering students generally decide to go abroad after graduating to pursue their MBA or MS. Your decision will also matter on what you want to study.
