Yes, IITs stands among top colleges of India like Sir JJ College of architecture and SPA delhi. Only two IIT's offer B.Arch Roorkee and Kharagpur which have excellent placement cell also with almost 100% placement.

The studies in Manipal are good. The teachers are very particular about taking classes and have a good knowledge of their subjects. The hostels here are also amazing. The rooms are big enough and you can select what type of hostel you want (double/triple/ac/non ac etc). All the streams here are good. Go for the stream you like.

Manipal Jaipur is also a good college but it does not offer a few branches offered by the main campus. ICAS program is for those who wish two study abroad. You get to complete 1st two years of college in Manipal and the rest two in a university abroad.
