You should issue new obc certificate now , If you do not give proper certificate of OBC then you may not eligible for Jee advance.Because OBC-NCL certificate issued on or after June 1, 2015 and conforming to the latest guidelines of the Government of India is necessary. And your score is not sufficient for general category.
