Hi,
Firstly there is no limitation for the knowledge and awareness that a CEO level employee can have. You could do a course of your choice say Bachelors in engineering or business management or business administration or even Bachelors in sciences, hotel o hospitality management. My advice to you is, pick a course that suits your interest and skill set and most importantly, preferably in the line of business that you will intend to be a part of.
