Your general rank is much high. I don't think applying in Durgapur or Shibpur with state quota will help you to get CSE or IT.
By the way, you can get mechanical and branches other than the core ones.

Sadly, there is no entry for girls after class 12th. For joining Indian army, you have many ways. After graduation, you can apply for CDSE, NCC, UES, TGC, ACC, SCO, PCSl. In all above case, you have to clear SSB interview to get selected. Also, eligibility for all entries is different. Check it with official website. There is no connection between two and both of them offer different career path. CFA takes you to more analyst job such as increment banker, risk analyst etc whereas MBA in finance will have lesser scope compared to a CFA. Still, you may do it to sharpen your presentation skills and to get more insight from business perspective.

Your internship does not justify your drop. You should have a valid and logical reason and you only know that if you are asking for the suggestion that means you want to fake it which does not help. Talking about internship, you should seek it in the creative area which must will be aligned with your future career goal.
