It's indeed very heartening to see that you have already set a goal for yourself. Half the battle is won. But, normally, for admission to Ph.D, the basic eligibility is to have PG in this subject. Of course, there are some institutions which give admission to integrated PG+Ph.D course. TIFR is one such. But you need to find out if it is offering subject of your choice.

You need at least 50% in your graduation to be eligible for entrance exams. As far as IIMs are concerned you need to score beyond 97 percentile and also have a good consistent score in you academics throughout, they do check that. Good Luck Mate.
