It is mandatory to appear for the CCB counselling for admission under Scholarship Scheme in CCB participating colleges/institutes. Here is the procedure for admission under combined counselling board:
Step I:
The candidates who apply for CCB Scholarship Scheme will be provided with a Counselling Letter by Counselling Department. The selected candidates would be invited for the counselling round, a total no. Of applicable candidates for scholarship and admission is 10,000. A list of participating colleges/universities will be provided to the candidates to choose any one college from their own choice. They can choose the college, course and branch from the list and get the Allotment Letter for same day. Step II:
Allotment Letter would be provided to the candidates after the completion of counselling round. The selected candidates have to report to the college in person on the given date and time with the Allotment Letter of CCB and required original documents. Documents required at the Time of Admission at college:Allotment Letter of CCBMigration Certificate (Original). Age Proof Certificate (Birth Certificate/Madhyamik/10th Admit Card). Result or Marks sheet of last examination. Cast certificate (if applicable) from the competent authority. Character Certificate in original from the Head of the Institution last attended (Original). 8 Photographs
Payment to confirm the admission:
Students will have to deposit one-semester Hostel Fee at the college admission counter for the confirmation of admission.
