In order to appear for the UPSC exam, there is no specification for the field of graduation to be pursued. You should be a graduate in any discipline with at least 55% marks.

Yes, but it is expensive. You can choose Doon Business School, where I am pursuing my MBA. The last year placements went up to Rs 23.5 lakhs. If you want to study in North India, then you can choose Doon Business School, Dehradun. DBS is one of the reputed management schools in the country. It offers SAP and Six Sigma. The placement track records have been decent over the years. It also ranks 2nd in India in Future Orientation.
