BVIMR (Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of Management and Research) in New Delhi is a reputable business school that offers MBA programs. Your B-MAT rank of 352 is a good rank, and you have a decent chance of getting admission to the MBA program at BVIMR.
However, the final decision regarding admission depends on various factors such as the number of seats available, the number of applicants, and the cutoff for the year. It's difficult to predict the exact percentage chance of admission as it varies each year.
To proceed with the admission process, you need to first check the official website of BVIMR to see if they have released the cuto

Of course, you can. There are several engineering entrance exams like:
WBJEE, COMEDK, BITSAT, VITEEE, SRMJEE, KIITEE, etc.
You can also consider private colleges in South India that are even better than some government colleges in the north.

I am not much aware of any of other colleges but many of my friends have done their MBA/PGDM from PIBM. And they only have praises for this B-school. As far as I know, they have unique training methods updated and designed as per the industry requirements. They have regular corporate events, IVs, dual internships, and much more.
Apart from this, the students undergo special training in communication and aptitude which is quite essential in this competitive corporate world. Even during the pandemic, PIBM ensured that the placements and internship process continues through online mode. All the best!

To pursue BCA you can join from science, commerce and arts background. However, to pursue B.Tech or B.Sc. CS you will need a solid background of mathematics. B.Sc CS is a general course and BCA is a technical course, so getting a job through BCA is easier than B.Sc CS. After B.Sc CS you can do M.Sc. CS or MCA both. So decide accordingly.

You have missed your cutoff by really slender margin. General category cutoff has been placed at 89.75. by JoSAA. Due to this you cannot register for admission in NIT's etc. However, do not loose hope. You may still be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced, if your percentile is better than the one to be announced by NTA. Best wishes.
