Yes take NIT Patna for CSE it is a good option or go for NIT Durgapur or Roorkee or Rourkela as these are more good option and near from your state. However, you can study in NIT Patna with CSE no issues. It is good with placements.

SRM is a good college as it provides student with good opportunity to learn, perform well in academics and also it give scholarship opportunity to the merit students and also the students who have been in the effected areas during the times of flood
Even tough the fees is a bit higher it is totally worth the money as the method of studies ,Professors and also the placements are good
