Depends on the cut off specially CE is the top most branch of YMCA which has very low cut off around 25000.

Actually getting seat in private university is simple as compared to getting seat in government college so better you can opt for the CAP rounds and wait for your selection or you can opt for management seats in your favorite branch. No, there is no age limit for pursuing B.Ed. You can do whenever you want but doing B.Ed at a young age is more beneficial if you want to be a teacher. Old teachers who did not pursue B.Ed are teaching.

The rank which you have mentioned is unfortunately quite high and securing IIT, NIT and IIIT is not possible. Although you can prepare for state level exams and other entrances of universities and private colleges.
