Hello Kavya,
With just 75% score in board exams, it is very difficult to get a seat in SSN. You can go for management quota admission in which you will need to write an entrance test. However, the fees would be higher when compared to the admission via Anna University counseling.

You can write to them directly. It is difficult that a UK university will offer you a waiver. They have International Foundation Programmes, however you will still need an IELTS score.
