Hi Albie.
There are many colleges offering B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering. If you get an admission from these colleges you can be able to get a bank loan for educational purpose. All banks give loans for educational purpose. Upto 4lakhs you need not give any collateral security. Do not give up you will get admission in a good college of your choice.
