There are many colleges offering B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering. If you get an admission from these colleges you can be able to get a bank loan for educational purpose. All banks give loans for educational purpose. Upto 4lakhs you need not give any collateral security. Do not give up you will get admission in a good college of your choice.

Yes ,you can do the b.sc from the niit .because NIIT is offering B.Sc. from kuvempu university that is affilated to UGC.and in india for civil services exam the candidate should be graduate from university.
