Hi Garry, 2 yrs gap is not a problem, but you will need to justify and fill up the gap with supporting documents like any additional short term courses taken or some job that you took up.
Secondly apply to a good reputed institute or University and score well in IELTS.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, diploma certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex ), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses ). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
