Hi Shashi,
To achieve your aim to teach management, you will require to be a masters degree holder from a recognized university and may then apply for the UGC NET, qualifying it will get you in to govt institutes and you can practice lectureship.
Although with a PGDM also you can try to get an opportunity to pursue a career in teaching line and for this you can apply to some of the institutes where in you qualify for the eligibility.

if u will get 100 marks from 200 u will be go for next stage
