Management is an art of getting work done through the people
So, it means in BBA or any business management you need to learn the different skill and enhance knowledge to get work done through people. It may be your marketing skills, may be communication, may be man management skills or such related thing. BBA is a first business management degree it provides you basic knowledge about how business is done. In practical, it teaches you few management high funda word and concept and prepare you last year on how to wear formals, how to fake in interview and to choose the better paying job by impressing why you are "most suitable" candidate and "well deserve".

Yes you can go into the fields of journalism, and translation; script/novel/play writing if you have a creative flair and an interest in writing.
Education teaching, primary and secondary school children as well as professorship are also options after doing a Bed. or M.Phil.
You can also get jobs with as reporters with newspaper firms and media companies. Content development and ITES firms also recruit English graduates. Apart from these job prospects, you can find career as campaign manager, speech writer and other positions that require the sophisticated use of written and spoken English.
As for Management, you may go for MBA with a relevant specialization.
