Although there seems no problem in pursuing the two course - BCA and an Animation course simultaneously but then this could be an eventual career risk as you would require to put in time and effort and dedication towards both the courses and will have to treat each of it with utmost importance. If you can manage the two well, only then tink of opting this way of pursuing two courses at a time.
