Arts has gates opened for literature, journalism, psychology, languages, teaching, etc. Commerce will lead you to investment banking, accounting, financial advisory, income tax etc. Check your real interest in long term, talk to people in all 3 streams and get a first-hand idea what the field is all about. If you are interested in mechanical engineering then you will have to go with the option at the very beginning of your degree. After your HSC, you'll have to chose mechanical engineering in your counselling to get the degree.
Good luck.

You won't get good college with this score. I would suggest you to take admission next year with better score and easier entrance exam like mat CET etc.
Still, if you are very keen to take admission, then go for MITSOB, GIBS, and BIMM.

Hi,
CPT is an entrance or foundation test of CA course. One who wishes to study CA directly after their+2 have to clear this exam and go further. This is conducted twice a year in months of June and December. Other than this, clearing CPT enables an aspirant to get admission into CS.
