If you have given UPSEE exam, then try it from UPSEE counselling. If you have not given UPSEE, then go for direct admissions. Go to ITS College as soon as possible. Talk and get admission after qualifying test and interview. Do it soon, otherwise seats will BE filled. It's basically a B.Tech college. Placement records are average. Much better option is to join G. L. Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management.

Hey Priyanka, there is no such difference in fee structure. College charges about Rs. 1 lacs for college fee and about 90k as their hostel fee. And, at time of admission, you will have to deposit some security money that is very nominal. No other charges are applicable in large view.
Looking forward to answer all your queries related to colleges.
All the best.

First of all, I would like to say that nothing worth comes easy. If you feel it's too hard, then you are doing something which is worth doing.
Secondly, don't plan with some negative idea in your head, always try to think the positive outcome while planning for anything. This is called as, thinking the right way and moving ahead.

Dear friend,
As per my knowledge and experience in some colleges like Sikh colleges, they provide the Sikh quota like in Khalsa College but not all colleges give you Sikh quota. So, do hard work and grab the good college for BA LLB .
