As per my knowledge and experience in some colleges like Sikh colleges, they provide the Sikh quota like in Khalsa College but not all colleges give you Sikh quota. So, do hard work and grab the good college for BA LLB .

You have mentioned correctly that at the time of cap rounds preference is given to type A Maharashtra candidate. Some preference is also given to type B and type C candidates.
