Hello Rishab,
1st year from 2017 batch will be around Rs. 150000/- + 15-20k. And, the old hostel fees was around 65k per year. After each year, add 4-5k in your Rs. 150000/- or a bit more, hostel charges will remain same I guess.
Above will be the fees for COMEDK students.
You can check exact fee structure on the website of RVCE.

I think LPU is much more worth it and have a really good placement for it. I have always seen heard about their placements and classes and being a student I have seen the innovative, methods of teaching for CSE students. There is no problem with you pursuing B.Com and MBA after that. You can definitely proceed with the same, but it will be a little difficult for you to catch up as compared to the Commerce students. But, since you seem interested in the course you might catch up fast, if you put in a little bit of extra effort.
