No, you can't solve physics of NEET without knowing these topics though you don't need to understand them completely breif knowledge will do. Question standard for both the exams are almost the same whereas in JEE application part of concepts are focused and in NEET concept and formulae are focused.

You cannot do two full time programs, you may do both through distance mode or one of them through distance mode other in full time mode. Also, you have to check the course level and eligibility.

UG: Candidates must have passed 10+2 with minimum qualifying marks in aggregate with physics, chemistry and biology as core subjects. Independent entrance tests for this program are also held by the various state, central, and private universities which mostly require 50% as the prerequisite to appear for the test.
PG: Candidates must hold a degree in Bachelor of Engineering/B.Tech in Food Technology/Food and Processing Technology along with a good score in entrance tests held for PG program held by the various state, central and private universities.

 Policy for admission:


Eligibility requirements include having a 50% cumulative grade and passing 10+2 with mathematics as one of their subjects. 
 Entrance Exam: JEE Paper-2 will be accepted by LPU.

The cut-off gets changed every year. It depends on the students. But you can expect 60-70% of the total marks as its cut off, safe side.

If you wish to prepare for JEE Advanced exam then firstly your task should be analysis of complete syllabus for all the three subjects.
