It is not a bad GPA but I suggest you to clear backlogs. In Canada, the entry requirements for Masters is set by the universities based on their reputation in the world. So, you'll have chances to get admission in any Canadian university. First, list out all the universities you'd like to get in and check their entry requirements for Masters programme.

There are many, but most of the private universities exams are done. There are few exams like Calcutta University which are yet to be conducted. Apart from that, try for Nirma University and other private colleges.

The fee structure will cost around 156000 and the Duration of the course is three years!

Sorry but you cannot get admission in IET, Lucknow. But try in BIET-Jhansi, KNIT-Sultanpur or IERT-Allahabad.

The question is under the category of Mass Communication but I shall not be able to justify that B. M. is the all time best and can be winner in the comparison between this and B.Com. There are more options after B.Com. A Graduate of Commerce, good with Media Skills and Literacy can easily enter Media.

Sorry you cannot expect any government or NITs. You can take admission only in private campus. This score is not enough for government colleges.

You have all the options that a typical B.Tech graduate has and you also have many other opportunities. Everything depends on what do you have to offer to the companies. There are many different job profiles available including mobile apps development, web development, testing, product development, business managers, analysts, data scientists, etc.

It's really hard to get a seat with that rank in CS in Sir MVIT but you can see previous year cutoff to check whether there is a chance or not.

Free seats are available by the means of category/ quotas not ranking.
So depending on your category you have filled, you may get a free/ paid seat.
