It is not a bad GPA but I suggest you to clear backlogs. In Canada, the entry requirements for Masters is set by the universities based on their reputation in the world. So, you'll have chances to get admission in any Canadian university. First, list out all the universities you'd like to get in and check their entry requirements for Masters programme.

There are many, but most of the private universities exams are done. There are few exams like Calcutta University which are yet to be conducted. Apart from that, try for Nirma University and other private colleges.

It's really hard to get a seat with that rank in CS in Sir MVIT but you can see previous year cutoff to check whether there is a chance or not.
