There are many courses that you can opt for after 12th with these subject. You can opt for MBBS and BDS and appear for NEET exam. B.Tech Biotech/ Food tech. / Biomedical also are the options. You have set your heart on a very noble subject. Unfortunately for pursuing Ph.D. one needs PG in related subject. Meaning you need to do B.A. & then M.A. in psychology to become eligible for Ph.D. However, based on graduation, you can think of pursuing postgraduate Diploma or certificate in child psychology.

It's indeed nice to see that you are getting admission in Thapar in your desired branch. For becoming an IAS officer, you need to pass civil service exam, for which being a graduate is a must.
