Have you given the entrance exam for engineering? If yes, then on the basis of your ranking, find a college in your locality and apply in that. If you didn't score good marks, take a drop, study hard for entrance, score well and take admission in top colleges. So process is simple for engineering college; you must have to appear for entrance exam. And later, on the basis of your ranking, apply in desired college with computer engineering.
