First of all, I would like to let you know that it is not easy for an aspirant to get admission in government medical colleges. Again, I would like to tell you now NEET's cutoff matters everywhere, either private or government and even in the abroad colleges. Firstly you need to find out that if you have the aptitude to become an engineer, then choose right subjects in your higher secondary school, because the courses of engineering contains 11th and 12th class studies.
Now prepare for the entrance exams, you should have a well preparation strategy. You have to strengthen the base of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
