Dear Mukesh,
Post-graduation Diploma courses are typically a shorter duration than a full time degree and they also cost less than a Masters degree, in addition, one can assume that a PG is for the introduction into a new field of discipline, whilst an Masters is considered an advanced stage to the initial studies carried out.

Hello,
As we see nowadays, astrophysics is hollering too much, due to its expansion and Mars project (thanks to Elon Musk) students find too much curiosity in this astrophysics field. Sorry, M.Sc after MBBS is not at all possible as, astrophysics has vast amount of maths + applied physics, for which a strong base is required + a lot of practice is required to develop numerical area of the brain.
Alternative: Is there any alternative, yes? Keep doing your job in MBBS+do your B.Sc in physics from IGNOU (distance course). IGNOU is the only university that provides distance B.Sc.
